('MOMO') warrants to the original purchaser at retail that this MOMO product (the 'product') will be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal and ordinary use for a period of one year from the date of original purchase. MOMO agrees to repair or replace, at MOMO's sole discretion, without charge to the original consumer purchaser, any Product which proves to be defective during the one-year limited warranty period. MOMO's warranty obligation hereunder is limited to the repair or replacement of the defective PRODUCT and EXCLUDES installation of the repaired or replaced Product. This limited warranty is available to the original consumer purchaser only and does not extend to any other person. Except as otherwise required under applicable state law, this limited warranty is not available to retailers or other commercial purchasers or owners. Transfer of title to the Product by the original consumer purchaser voids this warranty. This limited warranty DOES NOT apply to defects or damage caused by abuse, misuse, accident, shipment, use other than normal and ordinary family or household use, use of improper cleaning chemicals, exposure to road, salt or installation of the Product not in accordance with the installation provided by MOMO. Racing will be construed as a misuse and abuse of the Product.
